Here’s what some of them say about working with Customer Perceptions.
"
I’ve been a mystery shopper with Customer Perceptions for a good few years. I persuaded [redacted] to join a few years later because of my good experiences. We find working as mystery shoppers, very interesting, sometimes challenging but ultimately enjoyable. It gives us a greater insight and awareness of service industries, and the interaction with the personnel involved. The Customer Perceptions personnel are very approachable, helpful and accommodating with any issues that arise.
